4/03/2010 Still no further update on resumption of this service, but some interested parties are at the table discussing how to bring the service back to Australia & New Zealand. The proposal ois that the service is still on Asiasat 4.
Israel TV signal comes from AsiaSat 4, this is a KU satellite and only requires a very small dish 65cm (similar to Foxtel style dish)
The package includes:
1x Phoenix CA-100 satellite receiver, this receiver is designed for this service and tunes itself. The receiver is also irdeto approved this means that the box will communicate with the Israel Tv card correctly. Most satellite boxes available in Australia & New Zealand are not irdeto approved and do not work correctly with this card.
1x 65 cm satellite dish
1x Roof mount
1x 11300 LNB, this lnb is the correct LNB for this service.(the lnb is the part that attaches to the satellite dish)
1x 25m cable
1x My Israel TV Access Card
1x Self Installation Instructions, these instructions will give the angle and direction that the dish will be pointed
